To reset a your own password

In Employee Portal, click the People icon (
) in the sidebar, then select Team > Team members.
- Locate the user who forgot his or her password and click the Edit.
- On the user's profile page, open the Security Settings tab and click Reset in the Password section. You should get an Email that allows you to change your current password.
If you have any difficulty doing that.
- Navigate to the Bot and use the Chat bot
- Use the Reset password option to help reset the password.
- If this still doesn't work use either the Bot or the Portal to create a ticket for the Service desk.
